1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Doctor On Care website, telehealth platform, wellness programs, and AI solutions (via Lanka AI Nexus), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Medical Disclaimer

Doctor On Care provides personalized functional medicine, wellness coaching, and telehealth services. However, our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. Our wellness programs (including therapeutic and ketogenic diets) are designed to support your health alongside your primary medical care, not replace it.

 

3. Telehealth and Consultations

When using our telehealth services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete medical history and information. The effectiveness of virtual consultations and digital prescriptions relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate consultations if a patient’s condition requires an in-person emergency physical examination.

 

4. AI Solutions & Predictive Analytics (Lanka AI Nexus)

Our AI-driven healthcare solutions and smart EMR systems are designed to assist healthcare providers and patients with predictive analytics and workflow automation. While our AI technology is highly advanced, it is an advisory tool. Final medical diagnoses and treatment plans should always be verified by a qualified healthcare professional.

 

5. Third-Party Services and Fresh Food Delivery

Our integrated nutrition programs include access to fresh food delivery through our partner, Fairmart.lk. While we facilitate this integration to support your wellness plan, Doctor On Care is not directly responsible for the fulfillment, delivery logistics, or quality control of the physical produce. Any disputes regarding delivery times, damaged goods, or refunds for groceries must be resolved in accordance with Fairmart.lk’s specific terms of service.

 

6. Payments and Cancellations

Payment for telehealth consultations, wellness coaching programs, and AI software subscriptions must be made securely through our platform.
