These may be technologies you use from home or that your doctor uses to improve or support health care services.

to seek doctors  and need instant access  to  specialist  doctors then you have come to the correct place. 

 How to start video consulation with doctors ? 

Recommended devices and services: 

Smart phone or smart tablet or  a good internet connection and adequate  Data 

You can go to www/doctoroncare.org or down load the ‘Doctor on care app’ from play store  

You need to register patients . 

Step 1 –Registration 

and first, you need to register as a patient. You are on the home page. Go to the patients  menu and select the registration portal 

 Enter your profile details such as name, age 

 Enter your medical problems, reason fro seeking the doctor and  medical history 

If you send pictures, Xray,Lab reports , prescriptions or any medical reports,BHT,discharge summary please upload as images   

And finally username and password and mobile number At the mobile number, please enter the mobile number without zero 

Then read the privacy policy, informed consent, terms of condition and accept  

Step 2 

One time code will be sent to the mobile number that you provided earlier 

Then you need to login  by using your user name and password 

 Step3   -Patient Dashboard   

Now you can update or edit your information on your dashboard 

Step 4-How to start the consultation? 

 Go to the doctors list menu and search by Dr.Name,speclailty,location (district) 

Then look for Doctor Profile, appointment time, consultation fees  

Step 5  

You can pay via master or visa Debit card or credit card in future you will have more payment option  

How to confirm the appointment 

Go to invoices tab and you can see the invoice  

Where is my video Booking 

 Go to booking tab on dashboard and click the previous booking. Now you can see your booking   

Step 6  How to start the consultation  

When you appointment time comes you have to click the video icon Then you will be direct to the video chat room where your doctor can meet (Advice- some time your doctor may be delay for 3-10 minutes –do not get frustrate and wait until he comes to chat room ) 

Step 7  - During video chat In the chat room, doctor will ask any questions, virtual examinations. Also doctor can prescribe medication, Lap reports, X rays, sick certificates and referral letters 

Step-8 How can I get my prescription? 

If doctor has prescribed medications you can access via the dashboard. Go to your prescription tab ,you can see the prescription list  

You can download the report or prescription and can be submitted for essential needs. 

Step 9 –Also you can down load referral letters, Lab tests requests, Medical certificate to fellow specialist doctors 

Step 10  -can I contact doctor After the consultation Your dash board includes the text chat feature where you can send  message to the doctor.  

 If doctor is delay  or post pone what should I Do ? 

Some time doctor may postpone or delay your consulation.please check your inbox for any messages before the appoinment  

If my appointment postpone, what should I do? 

 Do not worry you can meet doctor at new time via the same link. So then you can do the video consultation again via same appointment link that already under your dashboard.
